Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments within manufacturing, operations, shared services, agency, or corporate settings.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and selection practices.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • ⁠Intermediate English proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume hourly, operational & technical positions.
  • Execute recruiting strategies to meet business hiring requirements while maintaining quality, speed, and compliance standards.
  • Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, career fairs, community partnerships, and internal databases.
  • Conduct candidate screening, assessments, and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical workforce needs.
  • Provide regular communication and consultation to hiring managers regarding hiring progress, labor market trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, funnel effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to anticipate upcoming workforce needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives through inclusive sourcing and selection practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on recruiting processes, systems, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
