Job Overview
We are looking for an account manager who has a real talent for business and communication.
This position will be located at our sales office in Taipei, Taiwan, and will report to the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
• Teamwork with cross-functional supporting teams; coordinate key account activities; and identify key projects to grow sales revenue.
• Build strong relationships with key executives to have a positive influence on TE business. Develop and build strong relationships with key functional teams (engineering, procurement, sourcing, quality) decision-makers.
• Identify and drive ODM/OEM opportunities to build a solid pipeline for YoY growth.
• Get involved to coordinate internal resources for key projects to make sure achieving design wins.
• Follow up AR and long past due inventory to achieve assigned account sales revenue growth targets
What your background should look like
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Technical background is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience and familiar with Taiwan ODM/OEM business model, and culture.
• Focused on demand creation/design-in, can consider distributor with mass market and demand creation experience.
• Demonstrated effectiveness within cross-functional and cross-regional communication and teamwork skills.
• Aggressive with a strong desire to achieve success on your account and be able to work under pressure.
• Work proficiency in English, be able to communicate with native speakers.
