Head of Sales Taiwan DnD

Job Overview

Data and Devices (D&D) Business Unit is seeking a strong candidate to manage ODMs strategy for D&D market based in Taiwan to drive sales, accountability, engagement, and collaboration. This candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to not only increase sales but to also improve our engagement, overall interaction, and position significantly within this space. 


  • Build trust with TWN ODM sales teams.  Set clear and measurable goals for each member of the TWN Sales team that support the items below.
  • Meet all key engineering/procurement “working-level” level ODM contacts, identify contact focus areas, and build executive-level relationships with these ODM customers.
  • Establish engagement plans for each ODM customer – identify each customer’s needs and our strengths and weakness to build from or improve.  Goal to make TE 1st choice at each ODM customer.
  • Assess initial Taiwan strategy plans after 6 months to ensure traction and prioritization of key elements: 
    • Internal - improvement plan.
    • External - Customer strategy and key personnel, decision maps, competitor benchmarks, and attack plans
    • Sales operation - areas of improvement and resource optimization
  • People development and coaching including sales / FAE.
  • Delivery higher than market growth rate performance.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or Business required.
  • More than 10 years of related sales experience, demonstrating increased responsibility.


  • Strategic selling skills and Sr Level negotiation experience.
  • Strong experience and understanding of Excel and pivot tables.
  • working knowledge is a plus.
  • Value selling philosophy.
  • Ability to work with and excel in a team environment.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.
