LEAD SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
TE’s Data and Device business unit is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Hyperscale sales team for one of our top Hyperscale accounts. As the Account Manager for this account, you will be responsible for all aspects of account growth, including successful relationship building, new design wins, and market share analysis. This is a global role that will require daily coordination with teams in North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop all critical relationships with the Customer’s Engineering and Procurement teams and extended North American / European ODM teams.
- Become the application expert and be able to present Customer Cloud application solution designs and future technical trends to stakeholders.
- Drive new and custom designs in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Support Salesforce pipeline entries, S&OP forecasting, and related revenue tools.
- International travel <10%, weekly customer visits required.
What your background should look like:
- Familiarity and experience selling to a hyperscale customer are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Cloud architecture (server, switch, storage, AI, related ICs and protocols).
- BS degree in Engineering or working experience in the industry preferred.
- Background in interconnects, copper cables, and optics is strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of critical account management experience preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced, manufacturing environment.
- Strong presentation interpersonal skills.
- Excellence working in PowerPoint and Excel.
