Job Overview
This position will lead all HR activities within Taiwan. The role requires one to effectively work with other HR functions to ensure the successful delivery of HR support required to drive business function and growth within Taiwan. This role will also partner closely with the business leaders to enable them to implement their strategies, priorities and achieve their goals, through creating local culture transformation, talent engagement and organization effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Develop, update, and implement consistent and effective local HR policies.
• Work with other HR function colleagues to ensure local daily HR services delivery such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and training etc.
• Lead all employee engagement related activities at local level.
• Implementing HR strategy at local level to support business strategy.
• Following HR schedule with creative ideas and implementation.
• Working with line managers to identify and develop talents.
• Supporting business to driver BU/ functional performance.
• Working with leaders to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
• Facilitating process of employee relationship cases.
• Providing consultant or advice on other HR related issue.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor graduate degree.
• 5+ years’ experience within Human Resource; Ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Generalist capacity, offering a broad range of expertise within HR spanning Employee Relations, Coaching and Development.
• Better to have experience of partnering with business leaders in a matrixed environment requiring influencing skills.
• Mature, demonstrated communication skills.
• Sensitive to numbers.
• Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
