Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools.

Job Requirements

  • •    Showing leadership and capability in coordinating sales and engineering support team to ensure a strong customer partnership is maintained. This role requires aggressive sales and engineering interaction with a major focus on customer RD & sourcing support revenue growth to exceed team and organizational goals.
    •    Teamwork with cross-functional support teams; coordinate key account activities; and identify key projects to grow sales revenue.
    •    Build strong relationships with AIDC (eg. Delta, LITE-ON, etc.) customers to have a positive influence on TE business. Develop and build strong relationships with key functional teams (engineering, procurement, sourcing, quality) decision-makers.
    •    Identify and drive AIDC customers opportunities to build a solid account plan and pipelines for YoY growth.
    •    Get involved to coordinate internal resources for key projects to successfully achieve design wins.
    •    Follow up AR and manage long past due inventory to achieve assigned account sales revenue growth targets.
    •    Depending on customer base and business arrangements, collaborate with preferred distribution channels to offer supply chain and value-added services.

What your background should look like

•    7+ years of experience, with Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. 
•    Familiar with ODM/OEM business model.
•    Collaboration experience with Distribution Channels is a plus.  
•    People Manager background is a plus. 
•    Focused on demand creation/design-in.
•    Demonstrated effectiveness within cross-functional and cross-regional communication and teamwork skills.
•    Aggressive with a strong desire to achieve success on your account and be able to work under pressure.
•    Work proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with ability to communicate with native speakers.
