Materials planning analyst

Wh you should join:

Planning the production’s materials and capacity according to customer orders
Keeps the material and finished product quantity ont he optimal level and ensure the maximum of inventory turnover circumstances 
Actively participate the preparation of delay, warehouse and delivery reports
Continously mantain the setap parameters for production planning. (Lead time, MOQ, Horizon day, etc.)
Follows the production planner handbook guidance, if necessarry: gives recommendations to modify
Do the tasks what ZKS Managment gives
Responsible for carrying out duties in accordance with the current quality, environmental, and work and safety, health protection policies of the company as well as the duties defined in employee’s scope of responsibilities
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies and corrects issues that are not immediately evident in existing systems or processes by analyzing information and generating ideas
Delivers results according to specific targets in direct support of department objectives
Works under general supervision
Normally receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Collaborates with colleagues and may train or mentor other employees; builds productive internal/external working relationships
Applies knowledge of a specific discipline to resolve problems of moderate scope requiring analysis/evaluation of a variety of factors
Developing in professional expertise and concepts
Applies company policies and practices to resolve semiroutine issues
Exercises discretion and independent judgment within defined policies and procedures and applies skills and knowledge of theories and principles to understand specific needs or requirements and determine appropriate course of action 

What your background should look like:

Relevant college or university degree
Relevant experience (3+ years) in the automotive industry: experience in materials planning 
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint 
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies
Fluent English knowledge in verbal & written
