Job Overview

Integrated Systems Group (ISG) is part of the Aerospace Defense and Marine business (AD&M) within TE’s industrial business segment, supplying customers with electronic components that include ruggedized electronic interconnect solutions and harness assemblies.


The ISG project management team are looking for a motivated and experienced project manager to work in our ISG Wire & cable and EPS business. TE Connectivity’s Project Management Team manage cross functional projects across a variety of functional teams. Working with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Teams, Quality, Supply Chain, Pricing and Finance ensuring projects meet financial, schedule, customer quality and delivery expectations.


The Project Manager will have overall responsibility the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of multiple projects. He/she will be accountable for leading the projects to a successful conclusion and ensuring that each project meets the defined deliverables and targets set in terms of Design, Manufacturing, Opex, Capex, and timeline working at the pace of the customer to deliver.


Key Responsabilities

  • Ensure all Project’s follow governance in accordance to TE rules
  • Ensure all Projects in the business units are loaded in TE Project
  • Ensure correct framework are used in all product lifecycles
  • Accountable for generating KPI related to new product sales, margin, launch on time, time reporting, Resources and review them with Senior Stakeholders 
  • Engaging with Senior Stake Holders for review on Engineered Polymer Solution and Wire and Cable Portfolio and work on the pipeline for next on projects 
  • Creating detail project plan and tracking activities against the detailed project plans
  • Working closely with various departments to ensure delivery of project and maintain stake holder expectation are met
  • Agree deliverables and milestones highlighting slippage against task
  • Stake holder management and alignment with Project management value, Deliver Project’s on time at forecasted cost and agrees quality.

Key Qualifications

  • University degree: Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in Project Management
  • Project Management Institute certification, PMP or Prince2 certification
  • Industry experience within Aerospace or  Wire & cable or polymer design and manufacturing or related field
  • Solid understanding of the development methodology and the ability to deploy NPD projects
  • Strong and thorough knowledge of technical tools specific to Project Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to set goals and motivate team members
  • Worked within a cross functional team
  • Ideal candidate is proactive, resilient and self-confident
  • High level of English language and documentation skills
