General Purpose of this position: Prepare the test sample and perform electrical related tests according to test plans, also necessary equipment maintenance.
岗位描述：根据测试计划进行测试样品准备及机械力学相关项目的实施，并执行必要的设备维护保养。独立完成力学试验报告。协助工程师进行现场管理（5S/EHS等）

Job Requirements

Responsibilities（职责）:
Understand correctly the test method, plan, procedure or specific requirement from customer. 
正确理解测试方法,计划,流程和特定的客户要求。
Perform necessary treatments such as cutting, wire soldering on received test samples, also do dimension checking using caliper, micrometer or microscope.
对测试样品进行必要的前期处理如切割,手工焊接等，或使用卡尺/千分尺或者显微镜执行尺寸测量检查。
Work on force test equipment/fixture setup and sample installation.
操作力学测试设备和治具的架设及样品安装。
Operate the test machine per standard testing procedure and record the test data. 
按照标准操作流程操作设备进行测试并记录测试数据。依据模板独立完成试验报告
Strictly follow test lab procedures, test instruction, rules and relevant regulations to ensure safe equipment operation and maintain test area clean.
严守实验室流程及相关EHS规定，保养设备并确保设备运行安全，测试区域5S.
Support test team manager/leader to develop new test capability and competency.
支持测试主管发展新的测试治具工装/测试能力和资质拓展。
Qualifications/Experience/Skills（技能经验要求）:
专科或以上学历，理工科专业，其他条件优秀者此条可放宽；
Minimum 3 year related experience on lab test, background on mechanical testing and dimension measurement are preferred.
三年以上实验室相关测试经验，汽车行业实验室优先，机械力学类试验工作占比50%以上优先；
Know IEC/ISO test standard or VW/GM technical documents.
知道IEC/ISO相关的测试标准或汽车厂商标准，如EIA 364, IEC60512, LV 214, GMW3191, USCAR-2等， 熟悉并其中力学测试的部分， 了解不同标准相同测试区别。
能英文读写， 具备熟练Office技能（Word / Excel），能独立完成全英文测试报告。
Knowledge of Lab test flow and test equipment specification.
了解实验室测试流程和常用测试设备技术规格，具备基础的力学或者电气理论知识（电阻、电压、电流等）；
Self-motivated and accountable.
有上进心和责任心。
Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills. Good time management skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力及时间管理能力。
Basic English in reading and office shill.
基本的英语读写能力、基本的办公软件技能（excel&word）
