SR SIMULATION ENGINEER

Job Overview

Responsibilities:
•    Provide high-quality CAE support & develop the solution to the product and manufacturing engineers to verify and improve product designs appropriately;
•    Make professional analysis report to internal engineers or external customers to interpret simulation results clearly;
•    Cooperate with test engineers to validate and improve the simulation accuracy;
•    Develop easy-to-use analysis tools for product engineers to accelerate concept design;
•    Leverage the global team CAE capabilities by developing advanced analytical approach on some specific research fields through teamwork;
•    Develop engineering analysis capabilities in region and standardize workflow to improve work efficiency. 
•    Contribute in innovation.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
•    Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Science - Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics, Fluid Machinery or related disciplines; 
•    Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) approach; 
•    Skillful in using commercial software among Ansys, LS-DYNA, Flow Simulation, Simufact etc; 
•    Experienced in structural or fluid simulation;
•    Knowledge of mechanical design and design of experiments;
•    Familiar with at least one 3D modeling tool, SpaceClaim is preferred;
•    Familiar with connector products is a plus;
•    Sound technical writing and presentation skills;
•    Self motivated and accountable;
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
•    Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
