Job Requirements

Responsibilities
工作职责 :
-    Leading product development function deliverables standardization and continuous improvement, including, but not limited to PRD, drawing, product concept/ design review PPT template and checklist, 108 SPEC, BOM, DFMEA, Significant Characteristic list, DV/PV plan, 114 SPEC.
-    Leading product development function related procedures continuous improvement, including, but not limited to product development, technical document management, drawing/part number, engineering change, sample making, product validation & release.
-    Leading product development function technical documents/ tools/and systems management and continuous improvement.
-    Leading product development function training development, planning and organization, including, but not limited to technical, standards, procedures, and tools.
-    Leading inner audit according to organization requirement, identifying findings, tracking to close and implementing reasonable and effective system improvement measure for audit findings.
-    Working with procedures team and quality team for including but not limited to customer audit/ system audit/ third party audit and implementing reasonable and effective system improvement measure for audit findings.
-    Leading product development efficiency continuous improvement, including but not limited to deliverables simplified, procedure simplified, system simplified.
-    Charging cross product line generic topics inner and outer function, including, but not limited to PE COE meeting, function activities, VOC, LL sharing, workshops.
-    Managing product development function inner common resources, including, but not limited to share points/group email/technical account/database.

Education
教育背景    B.S. of Engineering or Master, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Qualification & Certification
资质证书    

1. English is good for both oral and written, CET 4 or above.
2. IATF 16949 certificate preferred 
3. Be familiar with automotive products and tools like Creo/CAD.  
4. Be familiar with related automotive standards such as USCAR, SAE,LV15, ISO16750etc.
5. Good at PPT and Excel for report and statistical analysis.

Experience
工作经验    1.B.S. of Engineering with 6 or more years of experience or Masters of 
Science with 4 or years of experience.
2.More than 2 years of connectors or cable design-related experience.
3. More than 2 years of advanced automotive quality experience.

Technical Skill & Competencies

1. Be familiar with automotive industry quality requirement.
2. Be familiar with basic automotive industry core tools, such as APQP, FMEA and PPAP.
3. Be familiar with automotive products, such as connectors, terminals, cables, boxes.
4, Be familiar with product development processes, procedures and automotive quality requirement.
5. Be familiar with product development deliverables, such as PRD, Drawing, BOM, DFMEA, Significant Characteristic list, DV/PV, etc.
6. High communication skills, workshop organization skills and problems      solving skills.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
