Main objective of the position Ensure the success of the migration to S/4 Hana for TE for your segment
This position is a special 3 year assignment which spans from FY25 Q2 through FY28 Q3
Position Overview
TE is in the process of executing a critical program to convert the entire company from our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 Hana. The S/4 Hana conversion project will be staged in 4 wave deployments to bring TE businesses onto the new ERP system platform. This program will require testing and coordination to ensure the business is operating successfully post deployment.
As part of the SAP S/4 Hana Business Core Team, you will represent your business unit and segment to help ensure the overall success of the program. This will be by active involvement in process reviews, change management, testing, and testing coordination across all 4 deployment waves.
Summary of tasks and responsibilities-
- Perform and support business process testing of global and local functions
- Develop organizational change management materials for your respective function on behalf of your BU / segment
- Provide and support training efforts on any changes being introduced with the new system
- Define processes to be tested
- Update process documentation as required
- Communicate with BU and segment management / leadership
- Work closely with the TEIS project team
- Partners closely with the Segment business project manager
- Assist with and help coordinate data cleansing efforts
- Identify and support the documentation and resolution of any project issues and gaps
- Coordinate testing efforts with additional assigned resources / local / site specific teams
- Prepare and manage testing scenarios and testing outputs in each test cycle
- Define and execute regression tests as we go through the wave implementations
- Execute the process testing and change management of any interim activities required to take place between the wave such as the changes required to manage activities between two systems
- Perform and coordinate the global data validation and signoff
- Support the go-live and final implementation (hypercare)

Required education/studies
• Bachelor Degree
Professional experience in years (in which processes and functions)
• 3-5 years + minimum experience in executing business processes for your designated process area
Special qualifications, knowledge and skills
• Hands on extensive knowledge of the function and department processes around supply chain and manufacturing – considered by many to be a “super user”
• Technical savvy / familiarity with systems, especially the SAP ERP systems
• General understanding of connected system landscape and bolt-on applications
• Prior involvement in SAP implementation experience is a plus
• Experience with organizational change management and implementing change in processes
• Managerial skills and/or aspirations
• Strong coordination skills required
• Data savvy – experience reviewing, assessing, and validating data and data accuracy
• Able to make timely decisions and provide direction to a broad team
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment and work independently
Additionally to note • Must be respected within the organization and be able to work across regions, segments, and business units
• Willingness to travel when required
• English language skills required
