Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Main responsibilities:

1)Check and respond the inquires and complaints via hotline, email and system from internal staff.

2)Check and respond the inquires and complaints via hotline, email from supplier.

3)   Record the enquiry/complaint information in Excel and summarize the content for monthly report.

4)   Check the application of cost center data, maintain the data in system if the data is correct. Communication with requestor if the data is improper. Notify the requestor when finished. Prepare and send the pending approval report to requestor and the relevant accountant monthly.

5)   Receive the request and maintain it in system, export JE report before month closing and send to function manager for their review.

 

6)   Export /collect/sort the data to prepare the reports monthly, such as transaction volume report, charge out report, Productivity report. Provide the report to the relevant department.

7)   Other tasks assigned by manger and supervisor.

 

Main qualifications

1)College degree or above in accounting, finance or a related field.

2)Good interpersonal skills.

3)Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.

4)   Proficient in MS Office.

5)   Good communication (written and oral) skills in English.
