Sensors Supply Chain Transformation and Customer Experience Teams primary objective is to create a customer-focused competitive advantage for Sensors 
Our mission is to build integrated business processes, systems, and a supply base that optimizes end-to-end order fulfillment and financials.
The Supply Chain Transformation and Cx Process Analyst for Sales, Distribution and Customer Care processes, will support transformation, standardization, and improvement initiatives to support that mission. This is a temporary position.  

Your tasks and responsabilities

You will develop industry competitive global best practice processes, leader standard work, reporting, metrics, KPI’s and other business-critical business tools for TES Business Unit.  Drive the implementation of transformational and continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation of processes, training and communication of standard work and expectations during various Supply Chain Transformation and Customer Experience projects, ensure effective knowledge sharing, and facilitate leveraging of lessons learned to functional global, regional and/or plant level partners. Monitor the performance after implementation before project closure and hand-over to the business.

Projects under their responsibility for this temporary role include the following:

  • Representative for SC Transformation and Cx Team in Continuous Improvement Team to drive improvements in “Ship to Schedule “performance reporting and Customer Net Promoter Score Improvements.
  • Development and roll-out of KPI’s to monitor Order Commitment timelines and changes
  • Support process changes and improvements for Inventory Segmentation initiative.
  • Support Integration of FIS into TE Distribution Channel
  • Deliveries Optimization Reporting Tools Development and Roll-Out.
  • Participate in End-to-End Order to Ship / Master Data process improvement initiatives, for “A Samples” and Prototypes.
  • Develop Leader Standard work document and training package for Customer Care Organization.
  • Support other ad-hoc cross-functional improvements as needed.

What your background should look like:

  • 7-10 years’ business process functional knowledge. Knowledge of Sensors business preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, International Trade, or another related field preferred
  • Detailed hands-on SAP functional Super-User expertise, and/or SAP Certification/EPT Key User Certification. Preferably participated in Local Implementation Team during SAP migration project. 
  • Adaptable, flexible, and responsive in a rapidly changing transformation and synergy-focused environment
  • Ability to "think outside the box", envision future state and help guide the local plant teams in implementing process changes required.
  • Ability to build working relationships, and effectively interact collaboratively with technical and non-technical peers on solutions and issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good business acumen is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
