The Supplier Coordinator supports the optimization of production and logistics processes across the supply chain, with a focus on supplier integration, delivery performance, and continuous improvement. Operating under the guidance of senior team members or project leads, this role contributes to process analysis, data evaluation, and the coordination of defined work packages.

 

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • Drive end‑to‑end supply chain optimization by analyzing production, logistics, and material flows across the customer–plant–supplier network
  • Transform data into action: monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, assess risks, and recommend improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen material planning and inventory performance through targeted analyses, MRP optimization, and continuous parameter monitoring
  • Elevate supplier collaboration by coordinating requirements, leading reviews, supporting S&OP, and ensuring reliable capacity and delivery performance
  • Champion continuous improvement through supplier quality initiatives, logistics projects, onboarding activities, and system/process enhancements
  • Ensure supply continuity in critical scenarios by balancing inventories, mitigating risks, and facilitating seamless communication between internal and external partners
  • Empower the organization through expert use of SAP and procurement systems, data quality management, reporting, and (re-)training on supply chain processes

 

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics, or supplier-facing roles
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, supplier performance metrics, and basic capacity management concepts
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in evaluating data and process performance
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to support multiple tasks, timelines, and project activities
  • Proactive mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
