Job Overview

The role supports customers and sales teams across the Nordic region with technical expertise in cable accessories, surge arresters, connectors and fittings, and wildlife asset protection. You will provide technical consulting, product training, documentation updates, and hands‑on demonstrations for customers such as utilities, distributors, industries, railway companies, and contractors.
The position focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate product information, and collaborating closely with regional colleagues to drive customer success and market growth.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Consulting: Support customers on technical questions related to applications, installations, training etc.
  • Product Presentations & Training: Deliver customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Technical Support as contact for technical inquiries from customers, sales teams, and distribution partners.
  • Keeping documentation, installation instructions and product data updated both internally and externally in market associated systems.
  • Develop relations at existing customer base and with new customers.
  • Regional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the Nordic region.   

What your background should look like

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
  • Experience from work in the electrical utility/industrial sector. Experience from HV is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of cable accessories and related parts from 12kV .
  • Familiarity with local systems for product data such as SEG, Sustainability, ETIM etc.
  • Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and confident in customer interactions.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; Finnish is a plus.
  • Hands-on skills (practical installations, product demonstrations, and trainings) and willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in presentations and digital tools.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus.
