Job Overview
The role is responsible for delivering operational excellence through development of operational strategy and execution of strategic projects. This includes external sourcing, footprint analysis, and high-impact growth initiatives while improving customer delivery performance and productivity. The position leads improvement projects across all PTS BU sites and works in a matrix organization to deliver measurable impact.
Job Requirements
- Develop and deliver a cohesive manufacturing strategy supporting growth, quality, and service
- Align PTS BU priorities with business leadership
- Drive plant productivity improvements, capacity expansion, and cost & capex reduction
- Lead manufacturing initiatives for new product introductions
- Develop global standards for equipment, processes, safety, and sustainability
- Identify opportunities using digital tools, data, and AI
- Build operational roadmaps using lean principles
- Support strategic planning for efficient manufacturing growth
- Influence senior leadership on manufacturing strategy
- Partner with suppliers to drive innovation
- Leverage benchmarking and external collaboration
What your background should look like
Education
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred
Experience
10+ years in operations/process management in manufacturing; project leadership experience required

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $151,200-$188,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
