Job Overview
The Sr Dr, AI & Business Process Transformation shapes and leads the end-to-end execution of the BU AI and business process transformation agenda, from opportunity identification and future-state process definition through prioritization, delivery, adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.
In partnership with the GM, CIO, functional leaders, TEOA, and enterprise technology teams, this role translates strategic direction into an integrated portfolio of AI and business process transformation initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution, scalable delivery, strong change management, and sustained adoption across the business.
The role works closely with the CIO, ICT AI Lab, and DD&T Data & Analytics Lead and provides strategic direction and guidance to internal and external resources. It connects business priorities, process transformation, data, technology, talent, and change management to accelerate outcomes, strengthen AI literacy across all functions, and deliver measurable business value.
A key deliverable is to establish and lead the talent framework and governance model for AI and business process transformation, including the AI Belt System and KAIZEN, in close collaboration with the TEOA organization.
Responsabilities:
AI & Business Process Transformation Portfolio
- Translate the BU AI and business process transformation strategy into a clear, prioritized, multiyear execution roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead initiatives end to end, from opportunity identification through design, industrialization, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure each initiative has a robust business case, accountable sponsors, success measures, and clear value tracking.
- Drive portfolio prioritization and resource alignment across functions.
- Own portfolio-level value realization and executive reporting.
AI Delivery, Governance & Technology
- Provide strategic direction to and co-develop the AI Lab team.
- Implement and enforce BU-level AI governance aligned with Segment and Enterprise policies.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, legal, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Provide architectural direction and ensure effective use of AI, data, analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Partner with enterprise technology and data teams to align architecture, tooling, integration, and security standards.
AI Adoption & Change Management
- Partner with the CIO and existing AI governance bodies to drive AI literacy across the BU.
- Lead change management and communication for AI and business process transformation initiatives.
- Drive sustained adoption by ensuring future-state processes, roles, capabilities, and ways of working are embedded across functions.
External Partner Management
- Lead and continuously improve the delivery model combining internal teams and external partners.
- Direct external partners toward agreed business outcomes while ensuring effective knowledge transfer and sustainable capability build-up within the organization.
Talent, Leadership & Transformation Governance
- Establish and develop the talent framework for AI and business process transformation.
- Establish and lead the governance model used to prioritize initiatives and resource assignments across functions.
- Develop the next generation of AI and process transformation leaders through coaching and application of TEOA principles.
What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data, or a related field is preferred.
- Senior transformation leader with a proven record of shaping and delivering large-scale, global, cross-functional change.
- 12–15+ years of experience in digital or business transformation, analytics, AI, consulting, or technology-driven roles.
- Proven experience leading complex, multiyear transformation portfolios from strategy and process redesign through implementation, adoption, and measurable value realization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, matrix teams, internal specialists, and external partners while influencing senior executives.
- Strong understanding of AI and advanced analytics concepts, with practical exposure preferred.
- Experience working with data platforms and analytics ecosystems, including Databricks and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business-case development, prioritization, investment trade-offs, and value tracking.
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear decisions, outcomes, and actions.
