Supervisor PAPP Plant (f/m/d)

Job Overview

The PPAP Tracking Supervisor has the responsibility to work according common PPAP specification and regulations in order to build up quality internal relation. Focus area is to ensure that for all PPAP re-quests, the relevant documents and samples are available on Time (Time 2 market) and according customer expectations to ensure First time right PPAP.

•    Establish regular meetings with PPAP Tracking Team members and the related manufacturing plant 
•    Establish an ideal communication flow between the parties (Plant vs PPAP Team)
•    Fundamental knowledge of the VDA, AIAG and customer requirements
•    Fundamental knowledge of the PCN, RMS and PPAP System.
•    Collaborate with Engineering, AQE, Project Management, Plants and PPAP Expert (Team).
•    Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements
•    Support Lean-Initiatives and improvements (PPAP Team) both to optimize/standardize processes as well as to achieve defined targets.
•    Leading / Role Model by example and supporting the development of his/her team-members


 

What your background should look like:

•    MBA / Engineer with university degree / certified Engineer or comparable
•    Min. 3 – 5 years of experience in Automotive Quality
•    Knowledge in statistics and basic tools of quality (APQP, MSA, Capability Studies, VDA, AIAG, FMEA)
•    Communication and mediator competence
•    Presentation skills
•    Independent working behaviour
•    Team worker
•    English business fluent
•    Travels up to 30% + within the EMEA region
