Job Over View

This position reports to SEA HR Leader

Directs and coordinates human resources internal and external recruitment activities for Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist and guide manager in creating job requisition to be posted internally & externally
  • Activate, track and update the status of all internal requisitions
  • Manage external recruitment processes through various recruitment portals
  • Manage corporate accounts used for all recruitment activities
  • Identify and conduct targeted recruitment drives in the region to drive corporate branding
  • Track and report recruitment cycles and cost per hire
  • Engage with leaders in SEA to understand staffing needs and strategy
  • Facilitate smooth internal transfer process in collaboration with respective country HR Managers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (part II)
  • Manage the contractual agreement established with various recruitment agencies
  • Negotiate and review terms and conditions of contractual agreement
  • When necessary, conduct overseas recruitment drive for targeted populations
  • Partner with local HR team and provide process support to ensure the readiness of necessary permits to work based on respective country’s immigration requirements
  • Lead any assigned projects to drive efficiency in the recruitment process
Education/Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3-5 years working experience in Talent Acquisition role
  • Well versed in the respective countries’ regulations and updated with the labour market trends and best practices
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport easily with all levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Mature disposition and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Experience in payroll calculation will be a plus
  • This role may involve travelling to SEA countries of up to 15%.
