SALES OPS INTERN (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Responsibilities


Phase 1 (Months 1-2)


  • Forecast data preparation, distribution, feedback consolidation and meeting review for priority sales projects
  • Sales pipeline data preparation, distribution, feedback consolidation and meeting review for all sales projects including won/lost/synergy opportunities 
  • Sales funnel analysis – usage of existing PowerBI databases to evaluate changes to the sales funnel 
  • Ad hoc tasks 


Phase 2 (Months 3-4)


  • Price change related duties including data maintenance, liaising with sales teams, finalizing price change proposals to customers and presentation of the results
  • Prepare the monthly revenue estimates for finance/management 
  • Continuation of Phase 1 tasks 
  • Ad hoc tasks 


Phase 3 (Months 5-6)


  • Assist the sales and operations manager with the monthly/quarterly booking and billing results as well as assist in conducting performance reviews of the Project Pipeline, Conversion and Must Wins
  • Monitor the progress of AR collection and simulate the AR past due Performance as and when required
  • Continuation of Phase 1/2 tasks 
  • Ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • Previous relevant internship or working experience 
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) 
  • Skilled user of Excel
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Working level of tableau is an advantage
