Inventory transformation project
Inventory planning :Analyze Inventory structure, trend with consideration of demand, being able to project inventory and take actions to control according to business requirement.
Inventory efficiency: measure end to end SC stock Value , DOH, Health, driving inventory optimization collaboratively with cross functional team: Balance Customer consignment &VMI , DC inventory , Plant inventory and upstream liability to ensure inventory target met, and continue to drive aging and GIR reduction.
Inventory management tool kit
Define inventory management process, Role and responsibility, management method to be able to have connected view of inventory management along the end-to-end SC.
Leverage data analytics , tool and system, enable end to end inventory visibility and collaborative impact of the changes. So that team can identify risks and opportunities easily and take actions.
Continue to enhance and improve the process , methodology , tool and data analytics with consideration of the business /operation environment.
Inventory management newtwork competency , skills and training
Review the competency of inventory management team members, continue to introduce and implement the process, tool and method defined. Provide regular training of team members for skills up.
Make use of the inventory network to continue to enhance the inventory management tool kilt.
