Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Credit Teams develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures, and policies relating to credit approval and credit collection. They recommend credit limits and handle special credit arrangements and problem collection accounts. They also oversee analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts to determine overdue accounts, and collection procedures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for the collection of debt across a multitude of customers with a variety of payment terms
  2. Responsible for the review and set up of new accounts as well as close monitoring of customers' accounts
  3. Working closely with business units to manage their premium accounts, and providing support with any issues and queries.
  4. Ensure that internal company's procedures are followed closely
  5. Responsible for the customers' workflows
  6. Responsible for the timely and accurate posting of transactions and reconciliations

               

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimum Diploma
  2. At least 2 years of Credit Control in fast paced and demanding environment
  3. SAP knowledge and MNC exposure will be an added advantage
  4. Working hours 630am to 330pm to support Australia/New Zealand customers
  5. Ability to learn fast
  6. Exposure in shared service environment
