Job Overview

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnoses talent management needs, recommends and implements appropriate solutions for Learning and Leadership development, Engagement & Inclusion, and/or Organizational Effectiveness.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Advises HR and management on Organization Development objectives and plans to ensure skill and capabilities of employees meet the TE’s current and future needs.
  • Drives performance management process and develops, implements, and evaluates training programs in order to improve performance and retention and to meet TE’s competitive position requirements.
  • Develops, manages, and implements Talent Management programs, including marketing and communications, program structure, content, pre/post-learning follow-up, evaluation, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Conducts training for special positions and/or employee orientation. Facilitate learning activities as needed, such as group coaching.
  • Sources quality vendors or internal expertise for content delivery. Manages resources to deliver the learning modules.
  • Consults with managers and others using 360-degree feedback tools. 

Job Requirements:

  • Typically requires Bachelor degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of professional working experience in HR environment.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3+ years of progressive working experience in Talent Management preferred.
  • Certifications in various talent management tools and training preferred.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating programs in a classroom and/or virtual environment.
  • Experience in managing comprehensive learning and development programs from end to end.
  • Proficiency in WEB based training modules, MS office, and various eLearning tools.
