Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Safety engineering, Environmental or Industrial Hygiene or electrical and mechanical engineering backgrounds.
2. Preferred qualification to have registered for a safety engineering certificate.
3. More than 8 years’ experience in a multinational manufacturing company and at least 3 years EHS leadership management experience.
4. Have great good communication to speak English fluently and enable to have regular BU reporting and communication.
5. Be familiar with legal laws and regulations of local government and administrative bureaus (safety supervision) in EHS area.
6. Have experience to manage machine guarding &LOTO requirement, chemical management and operation EHS management.
7. Excellent systematic thinking to define and continuously improve EHS management system and EHS strategy framework.
8. Demonstrated great ability in conducting audits and inspections of all aspects of EHS throughout specific site.
9. Good problem-solving methodology to start incident investigation process.
Responsibilities
1. Execution of TE’s overall EHS strategy will be through relevant tasks and programs.
2. Build and maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 EHS management system and execution continuously in plant.
3. Identify applicable environment, health and safety policies, regulations and procedures in compliance with local and relevant environment, occupational safety and health law requirement.
4. Good communication, coordination and leadership to develop plant EHS performance by working with relevant functions.
5. Coordinate and communicate with government agency to obtain the necessary permit related to EHS.
6. Follow up TE new released regulation or TEC documents and implement them in plants.
7. Maintain safety standardization system implementation in plant according to government requirements.
8. Identify environmental and occupation aspects risk according to TE risk assessment tools.
9. Implement SAFE management system and perform continuous improvement.
10. Be familiar with industry hygiene management and implement it into plant.
11. Focus on chemical management and strictly follow MOC procedure.
12. Develop and conduct the site-specific EHS training program.
13. Maintain and continuously improve EHS program of JSA, BBS, Ergo, LOTO and Machine guarding.
14. Define and develop emergency and crisis&BCP management.
15. Audit and evaluate the performance of EHS management system.
16. Facilitate incident investigation and advise management on appropriate corrective actions.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
