Overview TEOA/EHS requirements, Overall plan and work with each department to put on execution level in the plant wide:
- Lead the development of factory lean production of short, medium and long-term planning, promote the company and department lean improvement matters, including but not limited like improve overall efficiency, reduce operation costs, improve the company's lean system(TEOA).
- Work with each department to ensure all operational activities (environment, occupational health and safety) adhere to government and company requirements or standards.
Main responsibilities / description
- Responsible for the introduction of lean management methods and concepts per TEOA requirement, to promote the production site facilities and equipment and assembly line layout, process innovation, and promote visual management and standardization of work in the manufacturing system.
- Responsible for lean production, 6S and other advanced production management organization and implementation.
- Establish and improve the lean production talent training mechanism, promote the improvement of lean production capacity of middle and grassroots management personnel, organize and carry out the training and assessment of lean production methods and tools, and form a systematic lean capability.
- Maintain EHS policies and procedures per ISO450001, ISO14001 and company requirements, conduct systematic audit from internal and external to adhere to standard.
- Supervise and management of safety including machine, firefighting, chemical, identify and eliminate safety risks.
- Setup sustainable objectives and work with team to achieve sustainable goals by all means of methods.
- Periodically reporting out to leadership for the progress of TEOA and EHS.
- Assist in optimizing the operation strategy at the level of the whole group of companies and support the company's new business development.
Experience and Education
• Hold bachelor’s degree, major in technical or administrative related.
• At least 8 years’ experience in IE, lean or TPM related. Have good management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge in process in electronics industry, know process of operation functions objectives, awareness of cost and customer orientation.
• Good communication skills, project coordination and management skills. Excellent presentation skills. Good English on speaking, writing, listening and reading.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
