Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Digital Marketing & Social Media teams develop and manage all digital marketing campaigns, as well as digital properties to deliver a superior user experience, driving revenue potential and brand relevance by working with TE’s business unit marketing teams to curate and create content that helps build TE’s social media channels and across TE’s digital marketing teams for best practice sharing and te.com new function deployments. They design and maintain relevant portions of TE.com, external data activities and potential partner sites; monitor, evaluate and integrate digital programs to maintain the best user experience on TE.com for business units. They manage digital campaigns to align with the efforts of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies and drive content integration strategies and optimization and manage TE’s social media authoring/monitoring platform. The teams are also responsible for online database management including email communication plan, database selection, expansion and maintenance. Team members have experience with content publishing, CRM, various tools and content management suites (i.e. Adobe), sales and marketing automation systems (Eloqua, SalesForce.com), Microsoft Office and Adobe marketing tools; as well as experience with brand reputation management, and/or brand protection.

Responsibilities

  1. Work on multiple digital channels and utilize various digital tools to support all online and offline branding and marketing initiatives
  2. Manage website content, maintain branding consistence, update homepage and other content
  3. Manage WeChat account and are responsible for using WeChat to support all online and offline promotions programs
  4. Plan and execute promotion program to expand WeChat coverage to target audience, and interact with followers to grow WeChat engagement
  5. Manage sales marketing automation system, support all campaigns and programs
  6. Manage corporate email marketing program, work with all BUs to create content and build program calendar
  7. Manage webinar program, build connection between external vendor and internal users, coordinate with BUs to develop webinar plan to support business promotions
  8. Support BUs’ marketing promotion and provide guidance about system and platform usage
  9. Work with global digital team on all platform management and digital initiatives
  10. Track and analyze data from all digital channels and programs, build proper dashboard to report

Qualifications

  1. Good understanding of digital marketing concept; have experience on marketing program / campaign planning and execution
  2. Understand SMA (sales marketing automation) system and have been working on the majority SMA platform (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
  3. Good knowledge of website content building and have experience to manage website content with CMP, experience with AEM is highly expired
  4. Extensive experience with WeChat operation
  5. Experience with webinar and livestream for business promotion
  6. Self-driven, quick learner, problem-solver
  7. Mature, team spirit to work in a matrix organization with colleagues of diversified background
  8. Fluent in English
  9. Good communication skill
