ACCOUNT MANAGER III

Job Overview

  • Accomplishment sales revenue target
  • Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal TE stakeholders (including CCP, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
  • Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on technical-related topics concerning TE products and service.
  • Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates to the involved parties, especially the PM.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the most updated customer status.
  • Keep self learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.
