Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Perform sales through direct commercial activities, distributors, and representatives.
- Conduct customer visits for prospecting and business development.
- Plan and execute the opportunities pipeline, recording all information in company tools.
- Update sales data and customer information in internal systems and client platforms.
- Negotiate commercial conditions such as prices, payment terms, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor customer payments to minimize delinquency.
- Perform post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in fairs, events, and internal/global meetings related to assigned clients.
- Monitor the lifecycle of platforms/applications and communicate with clients as needed.
- Deliver samples, drawings, and catalogs to clients.
- Gather market and competitor insights and report internally.
- Collaborate with internal areas to ensure optimal customer service.
- Update visit reports and client responsibility matrix regularly.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Engage with the client’s decision-making chain to support business development.
- Work with TE solutions in new and current customer platforms.
Desired Candidate Profiles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or other relevant area in sales;
- Advanced English;
- Sales and negotiation techniques;
- Customer service skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Availability and interest in living in Brazil - position located in Bragança Paulista (São Paulo);
