Job Overview

The Project Manager – Serial Production is responsible for managing projects in the serial production phase, ensuring stable operations, cost control, and compliance with quality, delivery, and performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Lead cross-functional activities during serial production to ensure on-time delivery and performance stability
• Monitor KPIs related to quality, cost, and delivery, and drive corrective actions where needed
• Act as main interface between production, quality, supply chain, and other stakeholders
• Manage changes impacting serial production (process, design, supplier, capacity)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reliability
• Evaluating project engineering designs and tracking project completion within budget and scheduling constraints.
• Reviewing reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address execution problems.
• Participating in the development of project schedules, work plans, technical estimates, and design documents.
• Monitoring project health, safety and integrity through compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Ideal Background

• Bachelors degree in Relevant technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in relevant technical field
• Good Command in English in both verbal and written form
• SAP is a nice to have
• Great communication as well as organization skills and proactive attitude
