SALES OPS SUPPORT II
Job Overview
The Sales OPS Analyst supports sales operations in Korea by managing customs clearance, pricing quotations, and order processing. This role ensures accurate data handling in SAP, reviews HS codes, and checks compliance with FTA and eco-related trade regulations. The analyst coordinates customs clearance based on shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading (BL), and packing lists. Responsibilities also include supporting RFQ pricing registration, creating sample orders, and canceling regular orders with appropriate DOA approvals. This role contributes to smooth operations across internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customs clearance for paid and free international sample shipments, based on invoice, BL, and packing list.
- Support Korean customs audits and respond to inquiries.
- Review HS codes and ensure compliance with FTA and Eco-friendly trade laws.
- Manage logistics cost settlement, including import duties, shipping fees, customs broker charges, and forwarder costs.
- Allocate freight and duty costs across departments and ensure accuracy in cost reporting.
- Generate internal IR reports related to customs operations.
- Review pricing registration requests submitted by the Sales team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Upload necessary documentation to the global pricing portal and inform the Pricing team accordingly.
- Verify customer, material status, and effective date before entering data into SAP.
- Complete PROS system training and assist with testing and troubleshooting related to upload issues.
- Create sample orders in SAP with appropriate DOA approvals and valid justification.
- Cancel regular orders after verifying DOA, order status, and reason for cancellation.
- Create sample sales and delivery orders in SAP based on request
- Validate monthly POS reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Verify refund amounts based on approved sales data.
- Respond to related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
1) Competencies & Skills – 필요 역량&기술
• Proven ability to process and validate pricing, order data in SAP.
• Experience in generating and maintaining price quotation records.
• Experience with air and ocean freight documentation and import/export procedures.
• Understanding of HS Code classification, FTA utilization, and Korea Customs compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel skills.
• Quickly learning new tools and systems, with adaptability to process changes.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Strong interest in sales support and operations, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
2) Education – 필요 학위(전공)
