SALES & MARKETING ANALYST III
Job Description
• Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities that will contribute to the company’s short and long-term business Goals & Growth
• To create and define the strategic business plan for company's continuous growth to manage new projects and set up market share gain plans for go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate closely with local Sales & Product Management on upcoming product launches, as well as key corporate programs, to assist in creating and accelerating pipeline.
Work Description
Sales revenue analysis by Sales teams / Customer based on TED data to observe sales trends and identify fluctuations caused by market conditions or client-specific factors
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/budget reporting package on revenue, market (vehicle production) & strategy
Lead SFDC as project leader; Create reporting and/or analyze data to provide strategic insight to sales and business development leadership.
TERP report management; Closely observe and analyze the opportunity project status to keep TERP on track; Verify and analyze report from TE Project and SFDC.; Sales pipeline management by Sales teams
OEM production plan analysis by region/country based on IHS vehicle production forecast & internal OEM plan; Analysis on CPV by car model & Revenue by OEM; Monitor industry trends related to OEM production to analyze potential impacts.
Event management & support (tech shows, exhibitions, or internal events such as town hall, workshop)
- Manage client surveys (NPS)
- Prepare promotional gift
- Marketing collateral production and management (newsletter, catalog, brochure)
- Develop and monitor Marketing budgets
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Strong business and financial acumen and the ability to work to deadlines and challenging targets
• High level of interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with others
• Strong Microsoft tool skills (Excel / PowerPoint etc. )
• Have experience min. 3 years in Automotive Industry
• Business Acumen within the automotive business environment
• Bachelor’s Degree required
