MANAGER II COMMUNICATIONS

Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Marketing Communications teams design, execute and report on internal and external communications and PR activities, engaging with customers, outside agencies and industry organizations. They define the messages and oversee the implementation of initiatives that engage key audiences using a variety of approaches, including internal communications, media, public relations and social media, developing ideas and stories to execute internal and external communications.  They leverage a trend or storyline emerging from multiple inputs, e.g., team meetings, reports, social and traditional media, politics and current events, to elevate TE’s brand in the market and partner with marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns, lead generation and market-facing communications complement one another to drive marketing results and manages the relationship with TE’s public relations agency of record and assigned budget. The Communications team collaborates closely with various stakeholders from executive leadership team and Human Resources to a variety of product, sales and internal marketing partners.

What your background should look like:

Internal Communications:

  • Responsible for designing internal communication strategies that drive Auto Korea’s internal engagement
  • Develop and execute communications strategies for executive communications, including townhall meetings, leadership meetings, serve as an advisor for function stakeholders
  • Partner with HR team to design and implement people engagement programs based on the employee engagement survey results to improve employee engagement level and support talent strategy and promote employer brand, and be able to track results and calculate impact

Integrated Marketing:

Drive integrated marketing initiatives including development, implementation and measurement across channels to accelerate business priorities. Develop messaging to consistently articulate differentiated value of TE to our customers, partners and influencers. Increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, and provide customer insights that enable commercial maturity.

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

  • 6-8 years’ experience in corporate communications and marketing with a strong business acumen   
  • University degree in communications or marketing with exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Good English skills, project management and problem-solving skills, ability to plan, prioritize and manage multi tasks and calculate ROI
