Job Overview

Liaises with upper management and the administrative department to coordinate everyday operations and support resolving administrative issues. 

Job Requirements

  • Monitoring telephone calls and emails to maintain quality services, assisting in escalated customer inquiries, analyzing and documenting frequently asked questions, and defining procedures.
  • Identifying problems, troubleshooting, and analyzing identified issues or problems that may require changes to procedures, standards, or systems.
  • Evaluating the efficiency of new tools and utilities used for administrative support services.
  • Coordinating with other departments or functional areas and working with employees and other help desk specialists to resolve everyday and unusual information system problems.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 2 or more years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
