Job Description

Analyze market and industry trends, customer needs, Voice of the Customer (VOC), and the competitive landscape.

Keep relationship with customers to get the information of customers’ business focus.

Search new applications to promote new business.

Communicate new projects between TE engineers and clients to optimize concept design.

Build up skills as sales engineers to upgrade engineering and OEMs’ technical trend

Work Description

- Support each sales engineer for strategy

- Arrange target items by each customers

- Research and find new market or customers’ needs

- Provide solutions of concept and take a business

- Manage new business with schedule

- Introduce new technology

- Engineering support with design concept

- Support document service

- Analysis of competitors price

- Protect high margin

- Research and matching the application between HKMC and Global OEMs.

- Analysis target customers for each applications

- Support existing business in quality, delivery, Drawing, PPAP and Samples.
