Provides analytic support on the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work with 3PL to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods and VAS.

• Experience in Warehouse functions, Import-Export.

• Manage and control 3PL workflows and its activities in the warehouse (Processes, warehouse tours & audit, 5S, KAIZEN etc.) as well as during 3PL operation improvement activities.

• Control 3PL inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconcile with SAP system to analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggest actions.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Develop and improve processes, control quality, EHS, and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control.

• Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs.

• Good command in writing and speaking English / Computer literate.

• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

What your background should look like

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse & logistics.

• Detail oriented, willing to learn, self-driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and high pressure.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors or third-party logistics providers is a plus.

• Computer literacy in MS office, Power BI, App sheet etc.

• Good command in English both written and spoken

• Can be working in Samutprakarn Area (Bangna-Trad KM 22)

• Experience with SAP or related ERP systems will be an advantage.
