We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Analyst to support large-scale on-premise SAP S/4HANA implementations. The role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of data migration activities, including data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, validation, and loading. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC), LTMOM, SAP APIs, CDS Views, and enterprise ETL platforms, and will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, data owners, ABAP developers, and project management teams. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, combined with a solid understanding of SAP business processes and data structures across multiple functional domains.

Your main tasks:

SAP Data Migration Delivery

• Execute and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.
• Lead data migration object design, development, testing, and deployment activities.

• Utilize SAP APIs, CDS Views SAP extraction mechanisms to obtain migration data.
• Utilize DMC – S/4 data migration cockpit under Fiori for loading data;
• Support API-based mass maintenance and data correction activities.
• Define extraction requirements, filters, data dependencies, and sequencing strategies.

Data Analysis and Preparation

• Perform data profiling, gap analysis, data quality assessments, and cleansing activities.
• Analyze source data against SAP S/4HANA target requirements and identify remediation actions.
• Develop source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.
• Prepare load-ready datasets and migration templates.

Migration Object Development

• Utilize SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) and LTMOM to:
• Configure and execute migration objects.
• Enhance standard SAP migration objects.
• Develop custom migration objects where required.

Create functional and technical specifications for custom ABAP development activities

Your ideal background:

SAP S/4HANA Data Migration

• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) and migration best practices.
• Advanced expertise in LTMOM including customization of standard objects and development of custom migration objects.
• Extensive experience with SAP migration templates, mappings, validation rules, and reconciliation processes.

• Ability to design efficient extraction solutions for large data volumes and complex migration scenarios.

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise ETL solutions such as:
• SAP Data Services
• Informatica
• Similar enterprise ETL platforms
• Expertise in data transformation, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation processes.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP ABAP. Ability to:
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for ABAP developers.
• Review technical designs and developments.
• Analyze and debug migration issues.

• Experience Requirements

  Mandatory

  • Minimum 5-8 years of proven SAP S/4HANA Data Migration experience.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) and LTMOM.
  • Advanced knowledge on utilizing SAP APIs and CDS Views for data extraction and migration activities.
  • Ability to read SQL code
  • Fluent English
