The Aerospace, Defense, and Marine Business Unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the High-Power / X-Duty Connectors team. Reporting to the Sr Director – Connectors, the Senior Manager of Product Management will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a complex global product portfolio including developing the strategy and business plan, driving new product development, gaining cross functional alignment and driving the execution of the business plan. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of product managers located around the globe.

Partner cross-functionally to align sales, technology, and operations strategies

Define pricing strategies and annual operating plans

Engage directly with customers to ensure solutions meet strategic priorities

Lead successful product launches with strong marketing and sales alignment

Provide demand insights and forecasts to support planning

Support new business through customer engagement and thought leadership

Develop robust business cases with clear returns and outcomes

Own portfolio P&L and drive sustained, profitable growth

Enable sales through training and value-focused tools

Monitor performance, manage pricing exceptions and close plan gaps

Champion resolution of product, quality and delivery issues

Inspire, develop and lead a diverse, global team of product managers

Build high-performing teams through coaching, trust and collaboration
Your ideal background:
· Minimum of 10 years of product management, engineering or sales experience
· Relevant product or industry experience desired
· 4-year technical or business degree required
· Advanced degree (MBA) and relevant P&L management experience preferred
· Ability to support frequent travel up to 25% (both regional and global)
· Strong business acumen with an ability to understand technically complex concepts
· Creative and innovative thinker able to provide input on the development of the product strategies and the relevant business plans with the ability to execute
· Proven ability to multi-task and drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational, and teamwork skills
· Experienced leader with an ability to influence cross-functional teams and to build strong relationships both internally and externally
