Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global implementation of standardized maintenance and manufacturing engineering processes, ensuring integration into plant-level operations.
- Drive milestone attainment and execution of global TPM, SPC, FPY/RTY, and ME-driven productivity programs.
- Champion continuous improvement projects, applying lean principles and leveraging TE Best practices to deliver year-on-year efficiency gains.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with site teams, regional engineering leads, quality, and operations leadership to ensure seamless program deployment.
- Establish global roadmaps for engineering excellence, systematically advancing people competencies, processes, automation systems, and best practices.
- Assess current capabilities and develop training and upskilling programs to strengthen technical expertise, lean mindset, and problem-solving skills across teams.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing workforce, fostering a customer-centric, innovative, and collaborative culture.
- Translate strategy into measurable performance goals, KPIs, and action plans, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all operations are executed in full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, safeguarding the wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A proven people leader who inspires teams, drives high performance, and fosters growth and development.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills - able to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Results-driven professional with a track record of planning and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Commercially and financially savvy, with the ability to balance strategic goals and operational excellence.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience, ideally in manufacturing or engineering leadership roles.
- A degree in business management, engineering, or a related field.
- A strategic thinker who thrives on big-picture planning while skillfully managing day-to-day priorities.
- Experienced in operating and influencing at a senior strategic level within a global organization
