Job Overview
Manages Business Intelligence procedures and day-to-day tactical operations for the Business Intelligence team.
Job Requirements
- Providing technical expertise, implementing business intelligence best practices, developing and enforcing standards, and ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables.
- Managing the translation of complex business requirements into technical requirements.
- Managing and implementing functional business intelligence framework, analyzing and reporting critical business trends, and driving the marketing intelligence needs.
- Managing the team in application and mastery of Business Intelligence to perform data requirements gathering, analysis, profiling, modeling, development and testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale the central Analytics Organization for ICT within the Business Excellence Hub.
Define the analytics operating model, governance structure, service catalogue, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
Establish the team as the central analytics organization for ICT, serving leadership, functions, regions, and employees.
Reduce fragmented reporting, eliminate duplicate efforts, and release workload from ICT employees.
Develop the team structure, capability model, hiring plan, onboarding approach, and talent development roadmap. - Define and lead the Business Analytics strategy for ICT.
Partner with the ICT Leadership Team as well as all functions to identify business priorities, performance gaps, analytics needs, and decision-support requirements.
Translate business priorities into a focused analytics roadmap covering KPI reporting, executive dashboards, productivity, cost-to-serve, service performance, transformation tracking, and risk indicators.
Drive the evolution from reactive reporting to proactive insights and predictive analytics.
Establish clear prioritization, governance, service levels, and delivery standards for analytics work. - Lead the design and management of major ICT KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reporting packs.
Establish consistent KPI definitions, ownership, reporting cadence, data sources, and performance targets.
Provide central dashboards as a one-stop shop for ICT performance data and insights.
Support business reviews, operating reviews, transformation reviews, and leadership decision-making with accurate and timely insights.
Monitor performance across financial, operational, commercial, delivery, transformation, workforce, customer, risk, productivity, and cost-to-serve dimensions. - Develop analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across ICT and the broader Business Unit.
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, root causes, and performance improvement levers through structured analysis.
Convert complex data into clear insights, business narratives, and leadership-ready recommendations.
Enable scenario analysis, proactive alerts, predictive insights, benchmarking, and performance modeling where relevant. - Support Business Excellence and cost-to-serve optimization by ensuring one source of truth, central dashboards, and clear business requirements for high-impact analytics solutions.
Collaborate closely with the IT team of ICT to support scalable analytics, complex automation, and AI-enhanced solutions.
Translate business needs, KPI definitions, data insights, and process knowledge into clear technical requirements.
Partner with DD&T who is accountable for execution of complex automation solutions.
Identify automation opportunities in reporting and analytics processes and support business case development and prioritization.
Ensure analytics tools and solutions align with enterprise architecture, data security, compliance, and governance standards. - Build scalable self-service analytics capabilities for leadership teams, functional users, and regional stakeholders.
Reduce dependency on manual ad hoc reporting while preserving flexibility for business needs.
Improve dashboard usability, adoption, and accessibility through continuous user feedback.
Promote data literacy, analytical curiosity, and self-service decision support across ICT.
Desired Canddiate
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Performance Management, Data Analytics, Transformation Analytics, Consulting, Digital Operations, or related business functions.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics solution design, KPI development, reporting governance, dashboarding, optimization, automation, or advanced analytics.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Experience setting up or scaling an analytics organization, center of excellence, shared analytics capability, or business intelligence function preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Experience working closely with IT, data engineering, BI, automation, or digital teams to define requirements and support delivery.
- Exposure to ICT, technology services, business operations, commercial performance, finance, project delivery, supply chain, or transformation environments preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and tactical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of KPI frameworks, dashboarding, reporting governance, business intelligence, and one-source-of-truth principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a cross-functional and global environment.
- Strong organizational, program management, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, reporting automation, and self-service analytics principles.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, GenAI, LLMs, automation, and digital transformation concepts preferred.
- Business acumen across Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT, HR, Transformation, Supply Chain, and Program/Project Management.
