Job Overview

Coordinates and administers quality control programs within a defined department of the organization

Job Requirements

  • Ensuring the execution of owned projects including the creation project deliverables; approving non-conformances and CAPA.
  • Tracking and ensuring KPIs are met to achieve expected results.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing smaller teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.
  • Managing and cascading staffing development and performance management programs for you and all quality staff; maintaining constructive relationships with all departments and external stakeholders; handling escalations at the Supervisor level and continuing escalation process if needed.

What your background should look like

- Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this leve

  • Conversational english level
