We are currently seeking a Transportation Analyst who will play a key role in managing transportation processes and coordinating cross functional activities. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service), global transportation and trade teams, as well as external partners such as customs agencies and dangerous goods consultants.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Analyze transportation data, identify process gaps, propose cost saving initiatives, implement improvements and corrective actions.

Coordinate customs related shipments, including export and import clearances in cooperation with customs agencies.

Prepare reports and analyses for management and support continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, TEOA).

Handle customer inquiries and claims related to shipments, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Lead and participate in regular operational review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and implement global standardization initiatives aligned with company policies.

 

 

Requirements

University degree in logistics or transportation, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or forwarding environment (SEA, AIR, ROAD).

Good understanding of the transportation services market and current industry trends.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures related to dangerous goods.

English proficiency at B2 level, enabling confident communication.

Very good command of MS Office; experience with SAP (or another ERP system), SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Visio, Power Bi, Power Query.
