Your main tasks:

Developing, implementing, and optimizing parameters for the plastic injection molding process
• Supervising the launch process of new molds and products (from trials to mass production)
• Collaborating with the R&D, quality, maintenance, and tooling departments
• Conducting technological trials and analyzing the causes of process and quality issues
• Participating in projects aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing OEE
• Preparing process documentation (including process parameters and setup instructions)
• Providing technical support to operators and technicians on the production floor
• Participating in FMEA analyses, as well as corrective and preventive actions
• Standardizing injection molding processes across Energy factories
• Cooperating with other factories in knowledge sharing and developing new injection molding processes
• Supporting the transfer of production between factories

Your ideal background:

• Higher technical education – preferred fields: Mechanics, Production Engineering, Polymers, Plastics, or related areas
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the injection molding process
• Good knowledge of injection mold construction and operating principles
• Familiarity with basic quality and analytical tools (SPC, FMEA, DOE)
• Ability to work in a team, independence in action, and a problem‑solving mindset
• English language skills sufficient to work with documentation and communicate in an international environment
• Experience in injection molding of silicone (LSR) parts, thermoplastic components, and EPDM elements
