Job Overview

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for leading projects that transition new product designs into production. This role involves managing projects related to the launch of production lines, as well as the relocation and installation of machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to transition product specifications into production, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Product Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new products, ensuring they meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Creating technical documentation for ordering needs (TRS).
  • Production Line Setup: Plan and coordinate the launch of new production lines, including the installation.
  • Commissioning and machine/line hand over to Process Engineers
  • Machinery Relocation: Manage projects involving the relocation and installation of machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing production systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance project implementation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

What your background should look like:

  • Technical Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of engineering experience in project management, new product development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing production line setups and machinery installations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Polish and English.
