Your daily tasks:

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic plant projects from concept through implementation and stabilization

Drive initiatives related to process improvement, productivity, capacity expansion, and cost optimization

Apply process engineering expertise to design, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes and layouts

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners

Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases

Communicate project status, risks, and results effectively to plant and senior leadership

 

Your ideal background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)

5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial project management

Proven track record of delivering complex, plant-level projects

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and material flow

Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence tools

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
