Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Traffic Administration Teams are responsible for the coordination and consolidation of domestic and international systems to support shipments. They ensure lowest cost transportation is used by analyzing company and customer needs, researching transportation methods, and auditing carrier costs and performance. They also interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping and prepares applications for import/export control certifications and licenses.
What your background should look like:

Your Responsibilities:
•    Arranging various modes of transports based on destination country and customer-specific requirements,
•    Familiarity with export process (internal training will be provided),
•    Preparing all necessary export documentation (export declarations, certificates of origin, ATR.1, EUR1) in cooperation with in-house customs broker,
•    Interacting with various transport providers (air/sea/road),
•    Familiarity with import customs clearance documentation and performing post entry checks (internal training will be provided),
•    Ensuring complete compliance with all foreign trade regulations,
•    High degree of interaction with production / warehouse leaders to improve shipping schedule based on demand.

Your Profile:
•    Previous experience in a similar role,
•    Familiarity with local and EU export control requirements,
•    Solid knowledge of and experience in implementing freight forwarding and customs regulations,
•    Ability to work independently and take complete responsibility for execution of export orders,
•    SAP knowledge preferable but not mandatory,
•    Excellent communication skills, ability to work to tight deadlines,
•    Very good knowledge of English.
