Your main tasks:
•    Managing day-to-day operations in Incoming Warehouse
•    Cooperation with various internal departments, especially production and external parties (vendors, carriers),
•    Collaboration with Operation team to keep distribution processes smooth and efficient
•    Cooperation with internal stakeholders to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI`s
•    Forecasting volumes and workload for respective area on daily basis + reporting
•    Management of information in the WMS (SAP),
•    Optimization of workflow and processes,
•    Supervising and planning the implementation of system changes in SAP,
•    Working on continuous improvement of logistics processes, leading/supporting projects
•    Warehouse management operations.
 
Your ideal background:
•    Experience in team management min. 3 years,
•    Experience of working in SAP ERP system would be an advantage,
•    Experience in working in the logistics area 5 years,
•    Required knowledge of MS Office, excel is a must,
•    English language knowledge, level B2
•    Education in logistics, minimum bachelor's degree.
