The Regional HR Partner will collaborate with the plant HR team to assist the business in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that facilitate the growth of the TE Connectivity site in Szczecin. TE's HR Solutions Partners engage in a diverse range of Human Resources activities, such as employment management, employee relations, recruitment, termination processes, and data analysis/metrics. They execute Human Resources policies at the country, regional, or global levels, working alongside management to promote company-wide programs and initiatives.

Your main tasks:

•    Strategic HR Advisor to all TE Plant / functional leadership – coach and advisor to managers and leaders. 

•    Supporting local management on people skills development and their growth.

•    Supporting change into the future, implementing new processes and ways of working, being a change agent.

•    Cooperates with BU HRBPs and other HR functions (HR Services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) and other TE locations to effectively manage the successful delivery of professional OneHR support to drive the business imperatives. 

•    Be the face of HR to all external bodies including regulatory authorities and government agencies.

•    Supporting execution of all HR initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and feedback to project owners.

•    As required, participate in regional/global project teams to ensure the campus perspective is not overlooked.

•    Ensure regular review of all TE policies, processes and employee compensation & benefits to keep them aligned with internal and external trends and business needs.

•    Oversight of all local vendors providing HR services e.g. benefit providers.

•    Ensure TE is fully compliant with local regulatory requirement and labor laws.

•    Foster a climate of positive and productive labor relations.

•    Drive a culture of continuous improvement and implement tools and metrics to support execution and monitoring.

What your background should look like:

•    Fluent in Polish and English. 

•    Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent experience, HR related major preferred.

•    At least 3 - 5 years of comprehensive HR experience.

•    Experience in working in a fast-paced international matrix manufacturing organization.

•    Substantial knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices.

•    Detects internal and environmental changes and can influence relevant stakeholders to respond to those changes effectively.

•    Solutions mindset to deliver high level support to the business.

•    Continuous improvement mindset to support service to the business. 

•    Project Management experience. 

•    Act with courageous integrity.
