Your daily tasks:
Lead the development and execution of fully integrated global supply plans for assigned value streams
Balance global supply and demand, optimizing production footprints for flexibility and cost efficiency
Anticipate material, capacity, and supply risks and drive proactive scenario planning and mitigation strategies
Define and manage global inventory strategies, replenishment models, and safety stock parameters
Oversee global capacity planning aligned with customer commitments and business priorities
Drive supply chain optimization initiatives, including make-versus-buy and production footprint decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams worldwide
Your ideal background:
Minimum 7 years of experience in global supply planning, production planning, or materials management
Proven experience in multi-site and multi-region supply chain environments
Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply-demand balancing, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
Advanced knowledge of ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, or equivalent)
Ability to influence stakeholders in matrix organizations without direct authority
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
