Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of a fully integrated global supply plan for assigned value streams.
  • Anticipate supply, material and capacity risks and enable proactive scenario planning and mitigation actions.
  • Balance global supply and demand, optimizing production footprints for flexibility and efficiency.
  • Define global inventory strategies, replenishment models and safety stock parameters.
  • Manage global capacity planning and align site capabilities with customer commitments.
  • Identify and lead supply chain optimization initiatives (make-versus-buy, footprint, lead-time reduction).
  • Coordinate across global/regional planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics to ensure execution alignment.
  • Support product lifecycle transitions (launches, transfers, discontinuations) through integrated planning strategies.
  • Leverage advanced planning systems and analytics (SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, OMP) to drive accuracy, service performance and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in global planning, production planning or materials management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-region planning environments.
  • Strong expertise with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP APO/IBP or equivalent).
  • Ability to influence in a matrix environment and collaborate across functional and geographical boundaries.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
